Panacea Products Corporation, a Columbus, Ohio, forty year old, family-owned company with distribution and production facilities located throughout North America, the Far East and Mexico announced the acquisition of the HoldALL® brand and assets from its parent company, AmerTac.

AmerTac is headquartered in Saddle River, New Jersey. The HoldALL line of products includes functional and decorative lawn and garden accessories, such as plant stands, plant brackets, watering cans, coco liners and various garden accessories. The HoldALL brand is sold through several major retail channels.

Panacea manufacturers consumer products, which include decorative, metal products for the garden and hearth industry, as well as flower-arranging products for the craft industry.

Recently Panacea acquired the Grayline® Housewares Company line of home organization products which include wire kitchen, bath & storage products.
