Panacea, a family-owned business that started in 1967, is a leader in the fabricated metal seasonal categories.
Jack-Post Corporation has been in business since 1964 and is a leading manufacturer both in the USA and abroad of Christmas tree stands and outdoor furniture.
Having historically sold a limited line of Christmas tree stands, the transaction positions Panacea Products as a complete one-stop shop for retailers with a full range of resin and metal stands, and holiday accessories. The outdoor furniture presents an exciting opportunity to enter a new category with an aligned customer base for Panacea as well.
Both companies are privately held, and financial details of the transaction are private and proprietary.

Cinco Plastics has been in business since 1989 and is a leading manufacturer in the USA of Christmas tree stands.
Having historically sold a limited line of Christmas tree stands; Panacea has aggressively expanded in the category in 2025 with acquisitions of Jack Post Corporation in February and Cinco Plastics in May.
The transaction positions Panacea Products as a complete one-stop shop for retailers with a full range of resin and metal stands, and holiday accessories made both domestically and abroad.
Both companies are privately held, and financial details of the transaction are private and proprietary.
