Panacea Products Corporation, a nearly fifty year old, family-owned company with distribution and production facilities located throughout North America, the Far East and Mexico, announced the acquisition of the Akasha® brand and assets from Akasha-US, Inc.
Akasha was previously located in Ann Arbor, Michigan. It has now moved and is operating at Panacea’s corporate headquarters in Columbus, Ohio.
Panacea manufactures consumer products, which include decorative, metal products for the garden and hearth industry, as well as flower-arranging products for the craft industry. Panacea also manufactures a line of home organization products which include wire kitchen, bath & storage products under the Grayline® brand.
Recently, Panacea also purchased the HoldALL© brand which includes functional and decorative lawn and garden accessories, such as plant stands, plant brackets, watering cans, coco liners and various garden accessories.
The acquisition of the Akasha brand is an exciting addition to our family of products. Our floral division will now have a wider assortment of products and Akasha’s current customers will also enjoy working with our dedicated support teams; access to our diverse product lines, and world class manufacturing and resources.

Panacea Products Corporation, a Columbus, Ohio, forty year old, family-owned company with distribution and production facilities located throughout North America, the Far East and Mexico announced the acquisition of the HoldALL® brand and assets from its parent company, AmerTac.
AmerTac is headquartered in Saddle River, New Jersey. The HoldALL line of products includes functional and decorative lawn and garden accessories, such as plant stands, plant brackets, watering cans, coco liners and various garden accessories. The HoldALL brand is sold through several major retail channels.
Panacea manufacturers consumer products, which include decorative, metal products for the garden and hearth industry, as well as flower-arranging products for the craft industry.
Recently Panacea acquired the Grayline® Housewares Company line of home organization products which include wire kitchen, bath & storage products.
